Uh oh, Mommy's sick...

I feel awful. I was up all night every hour vomiting with diarrhea. For the past 2 hours I've had a really bad headache. I took 800mg of Advil an hour ago but it's not helped. I just took my bp and it's 151/105. I just talked to the oncall Dr. He said the blood pressure is concerning because he'd expect my bp to be low with the vomiting and diarrhea. He told me to lie on my left side, drink lots of fluids and retake my bp. If it hasn't went down after an hour I'll need to go to the ER. Please say a little prayer for me.
