Days...

Today was a rough day for everyone.  Chris is still sick.  I'm feeling icky.  Alex is wild.  The twins were pretty good though...

Dad is getting more and more less responsive as the days go on.  2 days ago he was talking pretty good.  Yesterday is was incredible winded and it was difficult to speak.  Today he's no talking at all.  He is on Morphine for pain, Ativan for his nerves and also a pill to keep him from choking on the fluid in his stomach.

The nurse called this morning to check on dad and said that we probably only have a few days with him.

This coming week I'll be on call at Mom's house holding down the fort with Jen.  '
